Beer Game,was created first time by a group of professors in the School of Management at MIT for showing a number of key principles of supply chain management.
Play Beer Game, a game to simulate supply chain is by four teams. These four teams are called: Retailer, Wholesaler, Distributor and Factory
Participants in this game, each one of the roles are subject to pay and given the current state of your stock and customer orders, and orders delayed for weeks before the decision to order the number of drinks required to get your overhead supply.
Game Objective:
Reduce the total cost of storage , losses resulting from the seller being out of balance towards the buyer in order to maintain the lowest states.
Game rules:
During the whole game talking about any number between players about number of order is prohibited.
